无人化设备对高耗能仓储场景的绿色效应OA

传统冷库因人工操作会导致能效低、健康风险高,而堆垛机、AGV等无人设备通过智能调度和精准作业,可以提升空间利用率和能源效率.文中分析了冷库主要能耗环节,对比了无人设备在降低制冷负荷、减少冷量流失等方面的优势,并通过实证案例验证了其在节能、提效、降成本的效果.同时,探讨了低温可靠性、投资回报等挑战及政策支持方案.研究结果表明:无人化设备能够助力物流绿色转型,未来应用前景广阔.

Due to reliance on manual operations,conventional cold storage facilities often exhibit low energy effciency and high health risks.Unmanned equipment such as stacker cranes and AGVs,through intelligent scheduling and precise operations,can improve space utilization and energy efficiency.In this study,the main energy-consuming aspects of cold storage were analyzed,the advantages of unmanned equipment in reducing cooling loads and minimizing heat loss were compared,and their effectiveness in energy conservation,effciency improvement,and cost reduction was verified through empirical cases.Challenges such as low-temperature reliability and return on investment,as well as policy support solutions,were also discussed.The research results demonstrate that unmanned equipment can contribute to the green transformation of logistics and has broad application prospects in the future.
