基于"三调"成果的生态产品基础信息调查技术方法研究OA

生态产品是由自然生态系统提供的物质供给、调节服务和文化服务的统称,是生态系统服务价值实现的重要载体.生态产品基础信息调查能够摸清各类生态产品的数量、权属和空间分布等信息,是生态产品价值实现的数据基底.由于生态产品具有多样性、复杂性和依附性特征,常规的调查方式无法满足工作需求,须采取多元化的调查形式才能有效地、全面地完成生态产品基础信息调查.该文以第三次全国国土调查(简称"三调")成果为基础,结合农业、气象、生态和林业等数据,采用资料分析法、多源异构数据融合法及实地补充调查法手段,探索适用于生态产品基础信息调查的技术方法体系.结果表明,所提出的方法具有较强的可移植性和稳定性,能够为生态产品基础信息调查与监测提供技术支撑,为生态产品价值核算、生态补偿机制建设等提供数据依据,可解决生态产品"难度量"的问题.

Ecological products are a general term for material supply,regulatory services and cultural services provided by natural ecosystems,and are important carriers for realizing the value of ecosystem services.The basic information survey of ecological products can find out the quantity,ownership and spatial distribution of various ecological products,and is the data basis for realizing the value of ecological products.Due to the diversity,complexity and dependence of ecological products,conventional survey methods cannot meet work needs.Diversified survey forms must be adopted to effectively and comprehensively complete the basic information survey of ecological products.Based on the results of the Third National Land Survey(also referred to as the ″Third Survey″),combined with agricultural,meteorological,ecological,forestry and other data,using data analysis methods,multi-source heterogeneous data fusion methods and field addition survey methods means to explore the technical method system suitable for ecological product basic information survey.The results show that the proposed method is highly transplantable and stable,can provide technical support for the investigation and monitoring of basic information of ecological products,provide data basis for ecological product value accounting,ecological compensation mechanism construction,etc.,and solve the problem of ecological products ″difficulty″.
