基于产品复杂度的工时定额制定关键技术研究OA

针对制造企业的生产管理需求,以产品复杂度为核心,重点研究工时定额制定的关键技术.从产品本身的复杂度和产品装配的复杂度入手,构建相应的计算模型,并基于相似度构建相似产品集.在此基础上,结合多元回归分析法和最小二乘法构建产品复杂度与工时定额间的关系模型,作为预测工时定额的工具,以期提高制定工时定额的效率及准确性.

Aiming at the production management needs of manufacturing enterprises,focusing on product complexity as the core,the key technologies for establishing working hours quotas are studied.Starting from the complexity of the product itself and the complexity of the product assembly,a corresponding calculation model is constructed,and a similar product set is constructed based on similarity.On this basis,multiple regression analysis and least squares method are combined to build a relationship model between product complexity and working hour quotas,which is used as a tool to predict working hour quotas,in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of formulating working hour quotas.
