Supporting system construction for integrated development of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment industry and smart agriculture in Heilongjiang Province
采用文献研究与调查研究相结合的方法,系统分析黑龙江省智能农业装备产业与智慧农业融合发展的理论价值与实践意义,全面阐述黑龙江省智能农业装备产业与智慧农业融合发展的现状,揭示融合过程中面临的主要问题与挑战,在此基础上构建融合发展支撑体系方案,并针对性地提出推动二者深度融合、提质增效的优化策略与建议,为黑龙江省筑牢国家粮食安全屏障、推动农业现代化转型升级提供理论支撑.
Adopting a combined approach of literature review and survey research,a systematic analysis was conducted on theoretical value and practical significance of integrated development of intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment industry and smart agricul-ture in Heilongjiang Province.Current status of this integration was comprehensively elaborated,and main problems and challenges faced in integration process were identified.On this basis,a support system for integrated development was proposed,along with tar-geted optimization strategies and suggestions to promote in-depth integration and enhance quality and efficiency of both sectors.It aimed to provide theoretical support for helping Heilongjiang Province strengthen national food security barrier and promote transformation and upgrading of agricultural modernization.
