技能大赛视角下高职院校学生团队协作能力的培养OA

Against the background of deepening industrial integration and increasing technological complexity,high-skilled talents are increasingly required to have cross-field and cross-post team collaboration abilities.Aiming at the problems existing in the cultivation of students'team collaboration abilities in higher vocational colleges,this paper conducts research based on the concept of"educating through competition"following the logic of"identifying problems—analyzing problems—solving problems".Firstly,it sorts out the dilemmas and essential contradictions in the cultivation of collaboration abilities;then,combined with the requirements of skills competitions and industrial needs,it expounds the practical value of cultivating students'team collaboration abilities and constructs a team collaboration ability model;finally,it puts forward practical strategies from the dimensions of training mode and faculty construction,providing a reference for the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.
