校地文化协同育人DCP机制构建的实践OA

Against the background of accelerating the construction of a culturally strong nation in China,promoting university-local cultural collaborative education is not only an inevitable requirement to actively connect with national development strategies,but also an important measure to innovate education methods and improve education effectiveness.At present,certain achievements have been made in the practice and research of university-local cultural collaborative education,but the mechanism is not perfect,which restricts the improvement of education effectiveness.In response,this paper proposes to establish a DCP mechanism for university-local cultural collaborative education with dynamic mechanism(D),long-term mechanism(C)and evaluation mechanism(P)as the core.On the basis of explaining the basic connotation,construction significance and implementation requirements of the DCP mechanism,this paper takes higher vocational colleges in Nantong as examples and puts forward practical paths for the construction of the DCP mechanism,aiming to provide a reference for the reform of university-local cultural collaborative education in similar colleges.
