Industrialists Zhang Jian and Liu Guojun pioneered the exploration of the industry-education integration model in vocational education,presenting the early practical form of industry-education integration.Their vocational education explorations share many common views,but there are significant differences in the construction of training systems and training modes due to different focuses and overall planning.Zhang Jian adhered to the concept of mutual promotion between industry and education,and built a multi-level system covering the training of technical elites and the popularization of civilian skills by establishing specialized schools and social training institutions.Based on enterprise reality,Liu Guojun innovated the factory-school model and deeply integrated technical training with all links of production management.The former focused on the construction of a socialized education network,while the latter focused on the innovation of in-enterprise training systems.Although the paths are different,both take industry-education collaboration as the core idea.The localized practical wisdom of Zhang Jian and Liu Guojun provides a valuable historical reference for solving the current difficulties in industry-education integration.
