"十五五"时期公共文化空间活化利用的瓶颈制约与提升路径OA

Against the background of urban renewal and cultural-tourism integration,this paper takes Nantong as an example to systematically analyze the bottlenecks and promotion paths for the activation and utilization of public cultural spaces during the"15th Five-Year Plan"period.The study finds that although Nantong has diverse resources and policy foundations,it still faces practical dilemmas including inadequate governance mechanisms,insufficient coordination of stock and incremental resources,and weak functional innovation.Accordingly,this paper proposes to optimize the governance system by improving institutional design,strengthening cross-departmental collaboration,and perfecting social participation mechanisms;coordinate planning and resource allocation to promote the efficient revitalization of stock resources;deepen content innovation,digital empowerment and professional operation to stimulate the endogenous motivation of public cultural spaces.
