采空区喷洒阻化剂具有防治煤自燃的作用.为了探究不同种类卤盐阻化剂及其质量分数对采空区遗煤自燃防治效果的影响,以金通矿业有限公司 51102 工作面为研究背景(所采煤层为Ⅰ类容易自燃煤层,且煤尘具有爆炸性,自燃风险较大),通过程序升温-气相色谱实验与热重实验对阻化剂的阻化效果进行分析,对阻化剂种类及最佳喷洒浓度进行优选,并通过分子动力学模拟对阻化剂阻化煤自燃机理进行研究.研究结果表明:不同种类阻化剂阻化效果排序为MgCl2·6H2O>CaCl2·2H2O>NaCl,其阻化性能差距在温度较低时较小,但随着温度的提高逐渐增大;卤盐阻化剂的阻化性能与其质量分数呈正相关关系,但随着质量分数的升高阻化性能的提升幅度逐渐减小,综合阻化效果与经济效益选取质量分数 15%~20%的 MgCl2·6H2O 为最佳阻化剂;3 种阻化剂体系下的相互作用能大小均为 NaCl<CaCl2<MgCl2,表明 MgCl2 对煤表面的吸附性能最强;5 种质量分数的 MgCl2 体系在 30 Å(1 Å=10-10 m)左右存在阻化吸附峰值现象,15%~20%质量分数时的阻化吸附峰值较高,并且此时体系中 MgCl2 分子的均方位移与扩散系数较小,表明此时 MgCl2 对煤表面的吸附能力最强.根据优选结果,采用质量分数 15%的MgCl2·6H2O 溶液作为阻化剂对采空区进行煤自燃防治,采空区测点温度稳定保持在60℃以下,阻化效果良好.

Spraying inhibitors in the goaf can prevent and control coal spontaneous combustion.To investigate the effects of differ-ent halogen salt inhibitors and their mass fractions on the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf,the 51102 working face of Jintong Mining Co.,Ltd.was taken as the research background(the mined coal seam is Class Ⅰeasy-to-spontaneous-combustion coal seam,and the coal dust is explosive,leading to a high risk of spontaneous combustion).The in-hibition performance of inhibitors was analyzed through temperature-programmed experiments coupled with gas chromatography and thermogravimetric tests,and the optimal inhibitor type and spraying concentration were optimized.Furthermore,the inhibition mechanism of inhibitors on coal spontaneous combustion was revealed via molecular dynamics simulation.The results show that the inhibition efficiency of different inhibitors ranks as MgCl2·6H2O>CaCl2·2H2O>NaCl.The difference in inhibition performance is small at low temperatures but gradually increases with rising temperature.The inhibition performance of halogen salt inhibitors is positively correlated with their mass fractions;however,the growth rate of inhibition efficiency gradually decreases with increasing mass fraction.Considering both inhibition effect and economic benefit,MgCl2·6H2O with a mass fraction of 15%-20%is determ-ined as the optimal inhibitor.The interaction energies of the three inhibitor systems follow the order of NaCl<CaCl2<MgCl2,indic-ating that MgCl2 exhibits the strongest adsorption capacity on the coal surface.For MgCl2 systems with five mass fractions,an inhibi-tion adsorption peak appears at approximately 30 Å(1 Å=10-10 m).The inhibition adsorption peak is relatively high at a mass frac-tion of 15%-20%,and the mean square displacement and diffusion coefficient of MgCl2 molecules in the system are small under this condition,demonstrating the strongest adsorption capacity of MgCl2 on the coal surface.Based on the optimization results,a solu-tion with a mass fraction of 15%MgCl2·6H2O solution was applied as the inhibitor for coal spontaneous combustion prevention in the goaf.The measured temperatures at monitoring points in the goaf stably remained below 60℃,showing an excellent inhibition effect.
