古交区块煤层气井产能特征及主控因素分析OA

西山煤田中部古交区块煤层气资源丰富,但受多重因素影响,区域单井产能差异较大,煤层气规模开发面临严峻挑战.针对古交区块 8+9 号煤层气井产能特征认识不足、主控因素不明确等问题,通过剖析区域煤层气藏成藏地质背景、开发动态资料及产能影响因素,基于区域煤层气井单井平均日产气量,从埋深、资源丰度、渗透率、封闭条件、煤体结构、表皮系数 6 个方面进行了灰色关联分析,并根据其关联度进行排序,最终确定了古交区块煤层气井产能主控因素.结果表明:区内煤层气井单井产能差异较大,平均日产气量为 80~1 900 m3/d;高产井主要分布于中社斜坡带、南山向斜区及龙子沟斜坡带,低产井主要分布于鼻状构造带;区域煤层气井产能主控因素为封闭条件、资源丰度及煤体结构,其中封闭条件影响煤层气保存,资源丰度控制煤层气的物质基础,煤体结构影响煤储层渗流条件.最终,提出基于高资源丰度、强封闭条件和完整煤体结构的区域煤层气富集高产模式,该模式表明寻找丰富物质基础、有利盖层条件和良好渗流通道的产能潜力区是实现古交区块煤层气生产井高产的关键.

Coalbed methane(CBM)resources are abundant in Gujiao Block at the central part of Xishan Coalfield,where the pro-duction capacity of the regional single well varies greatly due to multiple factors,and the large-scale development of CBM faces severe challenges.Aiming at the problems such as insufficient understanding and unclear main control factors of the productivity characteristics of gas well No.8+9 in Gujiao Block,based on the analysis of regional CBM reservoir formation geological back-ground,developing dynamic data and productivity factors,grey correlation analysis was carried out on regional CBM wells from six aspects of burial depth,resource abundance,permeability,sealing condition,coal structure and skin coefficient based on the average daily gas production of a single well,and the correlation degree was sorted.Finally,the main controlling factors of coalbed methane well productivity in Gujiao Block are determined.The research results indicate that the productivity of CBM wells shows strong het-erogeneity,with average of daily gas production in range of 80-1 900 m3/d;the high production wells are mainly distributed in Zhongshe slope zone,Nanshan syncline zone and Longzigou slope zone,while the relative poor production wells distributed in nose-shaped structural zone;the main controlling factors for the productivity of CBM wells include sealing condition,resource abundance and coal structure.Sealing conditions affect the preservation of CBM,resource abundance controls the material basis of CBM,and coal structure affects the permeability conditions of coal reservoirs.Finally,a regional CBM enrichment and high-yield model based on high resource abundance,strong sealing condition and complete coal structure is proposed.This model shows that the key to real-izing the high yield of coalbed methane production wells in Gujiao Block is to find the productive potential area under rich material foundation,favorable cover layer conditions and good seepage channel.
