基于"畅络调神"理论探讨肠-脑轴与功能性胃肠病的关系OA

Functional gastrointestinal disorders(FGIDs)are complex psychosomatic diseases with gut-brain axis dysfunction as the core pathological mechanism.They are characterized by comorbidity of chronic gastrointestinal symptoms and emotional disorders,with a continuously rising prevalence.Western medicine treatment has problems such as side effects and insufficient long-term efficacy.In Traditional Chinese medicine,it is categorized into"abdominal fullness""diarrhea"and other categories.Based on the"Smoothing the channels and regulating the mind"theory,its core pathogenesis is defined as"collateral stagnation and spirit disorder":intestinal collateral stagnation is associated with modern pathological changes such as intestinal flora imbalance and mucosal barrier injury;deficiency of spirit nourishment is related to mechanisms such as neurotransmitter imbalance and excessive activation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis,forming a vicious circle of mutual impairment between body and spirit;mutual impairment of collaterals and spirit is highly consistent with the bidirectional regulatory imbalance of the gut-brain axis."Smoothing the channels and regulating the mind"can improve intestinal microecology and repair the mucosal barrier by unblocking intestinal collaterals,and regulate the neuro-endocrine-immune network by nourishing the spirit,which can effectively alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms and emotional disorders of FGIDs.It provides clear theoretical guidance and a practical path for the clinical prevention and treatment of FGIDs,and has important clinical application value.
