栀子豉汤首载于汉代张仲景的《伤寒论》,由栀子、淡豆豉2味药物组成,具有清郁除烦、宣发郁热的功效,最早用于治疗"热郁胸膈"之证,症见虚烦不眠、心中懊恼、胸中窒等.现代研究表明,栀子豉汤的化学成分包括环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、单萜类、二萜类、三萜类、有机酸类、有机酸酯类等,常因栀子炮制种类不同及淡豆豉发酵差异而改变,药理作用主要集中于抗抑郁与催眠在内的神经保护与精神改善领域,同时具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、调节肠道菌群、调节内分泌、保护肝脏、保护心脏的功效,在神经系统、心血管系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、内分泌系统、妇儿疾病中均有优异表现.为使栀子豉汤的制备更加科学规范,在对栀子豉汤的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用进行梳理总结的基础上,依照质量标志物(quality marker,Q-Marker)五原则,从质量传递与溯源、特有性、有效性、复方配伍环境、可测性5个方面对栀子豉汤的Q-Marker进行预测分析,确定栀子苷、京尼平苷酸、京尼平-1-O-β-D-龙胆双糖苷、西红花苷Ⅰ、大豆苷元、染料木素为栀子豉汤的Q-Marker,可为栀子豉汤及其相关制剂的后续制备提供参考依据.

Zhizichi Decoction(栀子豉汤),which has been used up to the present,was first recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases by ZHANG Zhongjing of the Han Dynasty.It is composed of two medicinal ingredients:Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus)and Dandouchi(Sojae Semen Praeparatum).It has the functions of clearing depression and relieving annoyance,as well as promoting the release of internal heat.It was originally used to treat the syndrome of"heat stagnation in the chest and diaphragm",with symptoms such as restlessness,insomnia,and chest oppression.Modern research shows that the chemical components of Zhizichi Decoction include iridoids,flavonoids,monoterpenes,diterpenes,triterpenes,organic acids,and organic acid esters,etc.These components often vary due to different processing methods of Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus)and the fermentation differences of Dandouchi(Sojae Semen Praeparatum).The pharmacological effects mainly focus on the fields of neuroprotection and mental improvement,including anti-depression and hypnotic effects.At the same time,it has anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,antibacterial,regulation of intestinal flora,regulation of endocrine,liver protection,and heart protection effects.It has excellent performance in the nervous system,cardiovascular system,digestive system,respiratory system,endocrine system,and gynecological and pediatric diseases.To make the preparation of Zhizichi Decoction more scientific and standardized,based on the summary and review of its chemical components,pharmacological effects,and clinical applications,the Q-Marker of Zhizichi Decoction was predicted and analyzed in accordance with the five principles of Q-Marker,from the aspects of quality transfer and traceability,specificity,effectiveness,compatibility in compound prescriptions,and measurability.It was determined that geniposide,geniposide acid,geniposide-1-O-β-D-gentiobioside,crocin Ⅰ,daidzein,and genistein are the Q-Markers of Zhizichi Decoction,which can provide a reference basis for the subsequent preparation of Zhizichi Decoction and its related preparations.
