The Transmission Mechanism of School Support on Local Normal University Students'Digital Technology Knowledge and Skills
为探究学校支持对地方高校师范生数字技术知识与技能影响的传导机制,对地方高校的 1 301 名师范生进行调研.研究发现,地方高校的学校支持、师范生的学习投入和师范生的数字技术知识与技能存在显著正相关;学校支持和学习投入都是师范生数字技术知识与技能的重要影响因素,且在影响过程中要考虑师范生个人背景因素的作用;学习投入不仅可以直接影响师范生的数字技术知识与技能,而且在学校支持和数字技术知识与技能之间起到部分中介作用.为了更好地培养师范生的数字技术知识与技能,可以通过增强学校的软件和硬件条件,提高学校对师范生数字技术知识与技能学习的支持力度;满足师范生数字技术学习的实际需求,促进师范生数字技术知识与技能的学习投入;构建学生需求-学校支持-学习投入的联动培养机制,达到提高师范生的数字技术知识与技能培养效果.
To explore the transmission mechanism through which school support influences the digital technology knowledge and skills of local normal university students,a survey was conducted among 1,301 such students.The study found that there was a significant positive correlation among school support,normal university students'learning engagement,and their digital technology knowledge and skills.Both school support and learning engagement are important influencing factors for normal university students'digital technology knowledge and skills,and the role of students'individu-al background factors should be considered during this process.Learning engagement not only directly affects normal university students'digital tech-nology knowledge and skills but also plays a partial mediating role between school support and these skills.To better cultivate normal university students'digital technology knowledge and skills,the following measures are proposed:to enhance the software and hardware conditions of local uni-versities to strengthen support for students'learning of digital technology knowledge and skills;to meet the actual needs of normal university students in digital technology learning to promote their learning engagement;to construct a linkage training mechanism of"student needs-school support-learning engagement"to achieve the training effect of improving normal university students'digital technology knowledge and skills.
