乡村教师情感劳动对工作满意度的影响:情绪耗竭的中介作用OACHSSCD
The Impact of Rural Teachers'Emotional Labor on Job Satisfaction:The Mediating Role of Emotional Exhaustion
为探究乡村教师情感劳动与工作满意度的关系及情绪耗竭的中介作用,对 M 市 15 所乡村学校的 305 名乡村教师进行调查.结果显示:乡村教师情感劳动与情绪耗竭呈显著负相关,与工作满意度呈显著正相关;情感劳动反向预测情绪耗竭、正向预测工作满意度;情绪耗竭在情感劳动与工作满意度间起中介作用.研究旨为优化情感劳动、缓解情绪耗竭、提升乡村教师工作满意度、稳定乡村教育师资队伍提供理论基础.
To explore the relationship between rural teachers'emotional labor and job satisfaction,as well as the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion,a survey was conducted on 305 rural teachers from 15 rural schools in M municipality.The results showed that:rural teachers'emotional labor had a significant negative correlation with emotional exhaustion and a significant positive correlation with job satisfaction;emotional labor nega-tively predicted emotional exhaustion and positively predicted job satisfaction;emotional exhaustion played a mediating role between emotional labor and job satisfaction.This provides a theoretical basis for optimizing emotional labor,alleviationg emotional exhaustion,enhancing rural teachers'job satisfaction,and stabilizing the rural education teaching staff.
