人机协同视域下高职院校"体技融合"育人共同体框架与实践路径OA

[Research purpose]This study focuses on prominent problems restricting the development of students'vocational physical fitness during the cultivation of high-skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.By leveraging human-AI collaboration,it constructs a framework for a"physical-technical integration"educational community in higher vocational colleges,and explores practical pathways toachieve the integration and mutual promotion of physical education and vocational skill training.[Research method]The research takes the five-teacher collaborationcomposed of physical education teachers,professional teachers,psychological teachers,enterprise mentors,and counselors as its organizational foundation.It utilizes educational intelligent agents embedded in the educational process as its technological carrier to facilitate human-AI collaboration.Based on this,the study designs a practical pathway characterized by vertical progression of three dimensions:"healthy growth,cultivation of lifelong sports awareness and employment promotion"as well as a horizontal integration across three scenarios:"in-class,out-of-class,and off-campus."[Research conclusion]The framework for the"physical-technical integration"educational community from the perspective of human-AI collaboration achieves a systematic expansion of teacher roles and an intelligent upgrade of the educational process in high-skilled talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,providing theoretical support for the design of innovative vocational physical fitness promotion models.The practical pathway of the"physical-technical integration"educational community in higher vocational colleges based on digital intelligence ensures that the promotion of students'vocational physical fitness permeates the entire process of high-skilled talent cultivation,offering a practical carrier for the regional application of innovative vocational physical fitness promotion models.Additionally,the measures to stimulate the internal dynamics of the educational community provide management guarantee for the long-term operation of innovative vocational physical fitness promotion models.
