采矿工程专业应用型人才"两元·三融合"培养模式构建与实践OA

工程教育与产业发展紧密相连、相互支撑.随着煤炭产业由传统采矿向自动化、智能化采矿的转型升级,急需培养高质量应用型采矿工程专业人才.面对学生"招不来、留不住、不好学、不干矿"的现实困境,六盘水师范学院采矿工程专业深化校企"两元"协同育人模式,通过"六接轨、六共同",实施"思专融合""科专融合""创专融合"等"三融合",激发学生"学煤爱矿去一线"的历史使命感,培养学生科学素养、创新创业知识和能力,人才培养质量和专业建设水平得到提高.该模式为地方高校培养艰苦创业应用型人才提供了成功范例,对解决相关教学难题,提升专业人才培养质量具有重要意义.

Engineering education is closely linked to and mutually supportive of industrial development.With the transformation and upgrading of the coal industry from traditional mining to automated and intelli-gent mining,there is an urgent need to cultivate high-quality applied talents majoring in mining engineering as support.Facing the practical dilemmas such as"difficulty in enrollment,failure to retain students,students'lack of enthusiasm for learning,and reluctance to engage in mining work",the major of mining engineering at Liupanshui Normal University has deepened the"two elements"collaborative education mode between univer-sities and enterprises.Through the"six connections and six collaborations",and by implementing the"three in-tegrations"including the integration of ideology and specialty,the integration of science and specialty,and the integration of innovation and specialty,it has stimulated students'historical sense of mission to"study coal,love mining,and go to the front line",cultivated students'scientific literacy,knowledge and abilities in inno-vation and entrepreneurship,and improved the quality of talent cultivation and the level of specialty construc-tion.This mode provides a successful example for local universities to cultivate applied talents in arduous ma-jors,and is of great significance for solving relevant teaching problems and improving the level of talent culti-vation and specialty construction.
