肌骨高频超声联合1.5T超导型磁共振成像诊断创伤性浅表软组织损伤的价值OA

Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency musculoskeletal ultrasound combined with 1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with suspected traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries from December 2022 to December 2024.All patients underwent combined examinations using high-frequency musculoskeletal ultrasound and 1.5T superconducting MRI.The pathological examination results were used as the gold standard,to compare the diagnostic efficacy of different examinations for traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries,and to analyze the detection rate of different types of lesions by combined examinations.Results Among the 80 patients with suspected traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries,surgical pathology confirmed the presence of positive lesions in 63 patients,with a positive rate of 78.75％(63/80).The positive rate of combined diagnosis was also 78.75％(63/80),and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The sensitivity of combined diagnosis for traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries reached 90.48％(57/63),which was higher than that of single diagnosis by high-frequency musculoskeletal ultrasound and 1.5T superconducting MRI.In the diagnosis of different types of lesions,the detection rates of cystic masses,solid masses,ligament injuries,tendon injuries,meniscus injuries,muscle injuries and nerve injuries by combined examination were 90.00％(18/20),87.50％(7/8),90.00％(9/10),91.67％(11/12),85.71％(6/7),100.00％(4/4)and 100.00％(2/2).Conclusion The combined application of high-frequency musculoskeletal ultrasound and 1.5T superconducting MRI can effectively enhance the diagnostic sensitivity of traumatic superficial soft tissue injuries,and the detection rate of various different lesions is also quite considerable,showing high value in clinical diagnosis.
