高压实磷酸铁锂制备技术探究OA
Research On The Preparation Technology Of High Salt Lithium Iron Phosphate
磷酸铁锂正极材料具有价格便宜、热稳定性好的优点,但磷酸铁锂正极材料的能量密度偏低.为了解决能量密度低的问题,以磷酸铁、碳酸锂、葡萄糖和聚乙二醇为原料对磷酸铁锂正极材料的压实密度进行了系统的实验,通过实验探究了不同砂磨时间、不同喷雾温度以及不同煅烧温度对磷酸铁锂压实密度的影响.实验结果表明:砂磨时间在5 min时,磷酸铁锂的压实密度可达2.41 g/cm3;随着砂磨时间的加长,压实密度呈递减趋势.当砂磨时间为1 h,喷雾温度从120℃提高至200℃,180℃时压实密度最高为2.25 g/cm3;随着温度再升高,压实密度有所下降,喷雾温度对压实密度影响不明显.
Lithium iron phosphate cathode material has the advantages of low cost and good thermal sta-bility,but its the energy density is low.To address the issue of low energy density,a systematic experimental study on the compaction density of lithium iron phosphate cathode material was carried out using iron phos-phate,lithium carbonate,glucose,and polyethylene glycol as raw materials.The effects of different sand mill-ing times,spray drying temperatures,and calcination temperatures on the compacted density of lithium iron phosphate were investigated.The experimental results show that the compaction density of lithium iron phos-phate can reach 2.41 g/cm3 when the sand milling time is 5 min;as the sand milling time increases,the compac-tion density shows a decreasing trend.When the sanding time is 1 h and the spray drying temperature is in-creased from 120℃to 200℃,the highest compaction density of 2.25 g/cm3 is achieved at 180℃;further in-creasing the temperature leads to a decrease in compaction density.The effect of spray drying temperature on the compaction density is not significant.
