中国特色新型太空智库:生成逻辑、科学内涵与系统布局OA

[Research purpose]By systematically expounding the generative logic,scientific connotation and systematic layout of the new-type space think tank with Chinese characteristics,this study aims to provide useful references for the construction of the intellectual support system in China's space sector.[Research method]Based on Marxist theory and adopting the systematic analysis method,a three-dimensional analytical framework of"generative logic—scientific connotation—systematic layout"is constructed.Starting from the three logical perspectives of theory,history and reality,the scientific connotation of the new type of space think tank with Chinese characteristics is profoundly interpreted centering on the three core features of"distinctiveness","novelty",and"intelligence",and then its systematic layout is optimized from three levels:general approach,research fields,and management system.[Research conclusion]The new-type space think tank with Chinese characteristics is rooted in three logics:the theoretical foundation laid by the classic works of Marxist thinkers,the exploration and development of the historical practice of the Communist Party of China,and the advancement of the national space cause in the new era.Its scientific connotation is reflected in reshaping the organizational operation model by strategic demands,reshaping the knowledge production paradigm via complex system engineering,and reshaping the mode of intelligence integration through adversarial deduction.The systematic layout should follow the general approach of serving national strategic decision-making,leading the development of the space frontier,and deepening open and collaborative cooperation.It should focus on five research fields:space strategic policies,technological engineering,industrial development,legal ethics,and international cooperation.It should optimize the four-in-one comprehensive management system consisting of organizational structure,talent team,operational mechanism,and institutional norms,forming a an organic whole of goal guidance,content support,and mechanism guarantee,so as to provide all-round intellectual support for buliding a space power.
