考虑钢索松弛的索杆张力结构长期时变性能研究OA
Research on long-term time-dependent performance of cable-strut structures considering cable relaxation
在大跨度空间结构领域的应用场景中,索杆张力结构设计过程中通常需要将超长服役年限纳入考量.为研究考虑钢索松弛的索杆张力结构长期时变性能,基于结构时变理论,对结构时变性能进行分析.根据结构时变理论提出构件和结构的时变假设,并基于平衡矩阵理论对结构在时间域上的平衡方程和刚度矩阵进行推导.基于Levenberg-Marquadt和quasi-Newton(LM-QN)迭代算法建立结构时变性能分析方法LM-QN-t,并对一盖格型索穹顶结构进行长期时变性能分析.研究结果表明:采用结构时变分析理论,可以合理描述考虑钢索松弛的索杆张力结构长期时变行为,结构长期时变性能分析方法LM-QN-t可以用于结构长期时变行为分析;在荷载1.2 kN/m2工况下,盖格型索穹顶结构第50年的钢索应力相对于初始时刻减少了1%~6%,最大节点竖向位移变化率为15.75%;部分索松弛率在第2年达到极值,且在荷载0.6~1.2 kN/m2工况下表现出相似的规律;钢索松弛会降低结构的承载能力,影响程度随着时间的推移逐渐增大.
Cable-strut structures in large-span spatial structures typically require ultra-long service life considerations in design.To explore their long-term time-dependent performance considering cable relaxation,theoretical studies were conducted on structural time-dependent theory and structural time-dependent performance analysis methods.Within this theory,time-dependent hypotheses for components and structures were proposed,and time-domain equilibrium equations and stiffness matrix were derived.Additionally,a time-domain analysis method(LM-QN-t)based on the Levenberg-Marquadt and quasi-Newton(LM-QN)iterative algorithm was developed,which was applied to a Geiger cable dome to analyze its long-term time-dependent performance.Results show that the structural time-dependent theory can describe the long-term behavior of such structures considering cable relaxation,and the LM-QN-t effectively enables analysis of this behavior.Calculations indicate that under 1.2 kN/m2 load,the Geiger dome's cable stress decreases by 1%-6%at 50 years compared to initial values,with a maximum node Z-displacement change rate of 15.75%.Some cables'relaxation rates peak in the 2nd year,showing similar patterns under 0.6-1.2 kN/m2 loads.This underscores the significance of studying long-term time-dependent performance of cable-strut structures with consideration of cable relaxation.
