基于有限震后传感数据的区域地震损失概率分析与抗震韧性评估方法OA
Probabilistic regional seismic loss and resilience assessment method based on limited post-earthquake sensing data
在震后传感器布设有限的条件下,开展区域尺度地震损失与抗震韧性评估面临着较大的不确定性,如何有效融合有限震后监测信息与震前模拟结果,以降低区域地震损失预测的不确定性,仍存在较大技术挑战.鉴于此,提出一种基于有限震后传感数据的区域地震损失概率分析与抗震韧性评估方法,通过震前先验损失概率分布和震后有限传感器观测数据对震后区域损失分布进行更新.选取一次震级为7.0的地震开展案例研究,在不同传感器覆盖率下对区域地震损失分布进行计算.结果表明:当区域传感器覆盖率由0%提高至90%时,震后区域修复成本与修复时间评估结果在保持均值稳定性的同时,极端损失情景减少,方差分别降低约56%和46%,变异系数分别降低约27%和29%;通过案例验证了震后传感信息在降低评估不确定性中的关键作用,所提方法能够在保持地震动空间相关性的同时,将有限观测数据与先验模拟损失分布进行融合,从而有效降低地震损失预测的不确定性,提高区域韧性评估的可靠性,可为震后应急响应与资源配置提供科学支撑.
Post-earthquake regional-scale seismic loss and resilience assessment under limited sensor deployment remains highly uncertain.Effectively integrating sparse post-earthquake monitoring data with pre-earthquake simulation results to reduce prediction uncertainty remains a major technical challenge.To address this issue,a probabilistic framework for regional seismic loss analysis and resilience assessment based on limited post-earthquake sensor data was proposed,where post-earthquake regional loss distributions were updated by combining pre-earthquake prior loss probability distributions with sparse sensor observations.A scenario earthquake with a moment magnitude of 7.0 in the target region was considered,and regional seismic loss distributions were updated under different sensor coverage levels.The results indicate that,as sensor coverage rate increases from 0%to 90%,the mean estimates of post-earthquake repair cost and repair time remain stable,while extreme loss scenarios are reduced;meanwhile,the variances of repair cost and repair time decrease by approximately 56%and 46%,respectively,and the corresponding coefficients of variation decrease by about 27%and 29%.The case study verifies the critical role of post-earthquake sensor information in reducing assessment uncertainty and demonstrates that the proposed method effectively fuses limited observations with prior simulated loss distributions while preserving ground-motion spatial correlation,thereby enhancing the reliability of regional seismic loss and resilience assessment and supporting post-earthquake emergency response and resource allocation.
