遮阴与种植密度对紫萼光合生理的影响OA
Effects of shading and planting density on the photosynthetic physiology of Hosta ventricosa
[目的]探讨紫萼(Hosta ventricosa(Salisb.)Stearn)在不同遮阴与种植密度下的光合生理响应,为紫萼林下栽培与园林应用提供理论与实践依据.[方法]设置3种遮阴处理:透光率30%~35%(L1)、45%~50%(L2)和60%~70%(L3);3种种植密度:行株距10 cm×10 cm(D1)、12 cm×12 cm(D2)和21 cm×21 cm(D3),通过测定并分析紫萼叶片的光合气体交换参数、叶绿素荧光、叶绿素含量、渗透调节物质含量、抗氧化酶活性及形态指标,探讨遮阴、密度及其交互作用对紫萼生长与光合适应的影响.[结果](1)生理适应性方面,紫萼在中等遮阴(L2,透光率45%~50%)条件下表现出最优光合性能(净光合速率达5.55 μmol/(m²·s),并通过提高叶绿素总量、降低叶绿素a/b比值(1.91~2.15),以及激活抗氧化酶系统(如POD活性达388.4 U/g FW)来增强弱光适应性与氧化胁迫抵御能力;(2)栽培模式方面,中等密度(D2)结合适度遮阴(L2)可显著提升水分利用效率(最高达8.73 μmol/mmol),实现生物量最大化积累;(3)双因素分析表明,遮阴与密度的交互作用显著,中等遮阴与中等密度(L2+D2)组合最能促进紫萼光合生理功能的整体优化与形态建成.[结论]紫萼对遮阴与种植密度的响应具有明显的生理可塑性与资源权衡特征.结果表明,中等遮阴(L2)与中等密度(D2)组合(L2+D2)能够有效协调群体光分布、缓解光抑制、增强抗氧化防御并提高水分利用效率,是实现个体优质生长与群体高产稳产的较优栽培配置.该结果可为喀斯特地区林下经济、复层景观构建及生态修复中紫萼的科学栽培提供直接指导.
[Objective]This study aims to explore the photosynthetic physiological response mechanisms of Hosta ventricosa(Salisb.)Stearn under different light conditions and planting densities,in order to provide theoretical and practical guidance for its understory cultivation and landscape application.[Method]Three shading treatments were set:30%-35%transmittance(L1),45%-50%(L2),and 60%-70%(L3),along with three planting densities:10 cm×10 cm(D1),12 cm×12 cm(D2),and 21 cm×21 cm(D3).By analyzing photosynthetic gas exchange parameters,chlorophyll fluorescence,chlorophyll content,osmotic adjustment substances,antioxidant enzyme activities,and morphological indicators of Hosta ventricosa leaves,we investigated the effects of shading,planting density,and their interaction on the growth and photosynthetic adaptation of the plant.[Result](1)In terms of physiological adaptability,H.ventricosa exhibited optimal photosynthetic performance under moderate shading(L2,45%-50%light transmittance),with the net photosynthetic rate reaching 5.55 μmol/(m²·s).It enhanced low-light adaptation and oxidative stress resistance by increasing total chlorophyll content,reducing the chlorophyll a/b ratio(1.91-2.15),and activating the antioxidant enzyme system(e.g.,POD activity reached 388.4 U/g FW).(2)In cultivation mode,moderate density(D2)combined with moderate shading(L2)significantly improved water-use efficiency(up to 8.73 μmol/mmol)and maximized biomass accumulation.(3)Two-factor analysis showed a significant interaction between shading and density,with the combination of moderate shading and moderate density(L2+D2)most effectively promoting the overall optimization of photosynthetic physiological function and morphological development.[Conclusion]The response of H.ventricosa to shading and planting density demonstrates clear physiological plasticity and resource trade-off characteristics.The results indicate that the combination of moderate shading(L2)and moderate density(D2)(L2+D2)can effectively coordinate light distribution within the population,alleviate photoinhibition,enhance antioxidant defense,and improve water-use efficiency.This represents a superior cultivation configuration for achieving both high-quality individual growth and stable population yield.The findings provide direct guidance for the scientific cultivation of H.ventricosa in understory economy,multi-layer landscape construction,and ecological restoration in karst regions.
