修剪深度与施肥模式对赣茶3号生长特性、机采效果及茶叶品质的影响OA

[目的]针对劳动力短缺和生产成本上升制约名优茶产业发展的现状,以赣茶3号茶树为研究对象,探究适宜茶园机械化采摘的茶树树冠培育关键技术,为江西省实现名优茶机械化采收及提升夏秋茶品质提供理论依据.[方法]通过田间观测、理化分析与感官评价相结合的方法,系统研究不同修剪深度和施肥模式对赣茶3号生长特性、机采效果、鲜叶理化成分及成品茶感官品质的影响.[结果](1)与对照组相比,春茶后深修剪结合秋茶后轻修剪处理的秋茶发芽密度显著提高17.39%,一芽二叶百芽重显著增加20.00%,且优采率为所有修剪处理中最高,其中夏茶达(75.04±1.99)%、秋茶达(72.53±6.98)%.该处理使夏茶鲜叶酚氨比降低46.09%,水浸出物和可溶性糖含量分别提高2.60%、11.76%.(2)以菜籽饼有机肥(2 250 kg/hm2)与茶树专用肥(750 kg/hm2)配合作为基肥,并于机采前喷施氨基酸叶面追肥,与对照组相比,夏茶与秋茶的发芽密度分别提高22.13%和26.99%,百芽重分别增加40.50%和54.10%,优采率分别提升9.99%和15.26%;同时,夏茶鲜叶水浸出物和总游离氨基酸含量均显著增加,成品绿茶感官评分为88.98分,具有栗香持久、滋味醇厚的特点.[结论]春茶后深修剪与秋茶后轻修剪相结合,配合有机-无机复合肥作基肥及叶面追肥的施肥模式,可实现夏秋茶产量、机采效率与品质的协同提升.

[Objective]To address the constraints of labor shortages and rising production costs on the development of the high-quality tea industry,this study focuses on Camellia sinensis cv.Gancha 3 to explore key canopy management techniques for mechanical harvesting.The goal is to provide a theoretical basis for mechanized harvesting and improving the quality of summer and autumn tea in Jiangxi Province.[Method]Field observations,physicochemical analysis,and sensory evaluation were conducted to systematically evaluate the effects of pruning depths and fertilization regimes on the growth characteristics,mechanized harvesting efficiency,physicochemical of fresh leaves,and sensory attributes of finished tea.[Result](1)Under the regime of deep pruning after spring tea and light pruning after autumn tea,the bud density of autumn tea increased significantly by 17.39%compared with the control,and the hundred-bud weight of one bud with two leaves increased by 20.00%.This treatment also achieved the highest harvesting efficiency among all pruning treatments,with(75.04±1.99)%in summer tea and(72.53±6.98)%in autumn.Additionally,it reduced the polyphenol-to-amino acid ratio in summer tea leaves by 46.09%,while increasing water extract and soluble sugar contents by 2.60%and 11.76%,respectively.(2)The application of rapeseed cake organic fertilizer(2 250 kg/hm²)combined with specialized tea fertilizer(750 kg/hm²)as base fertilizer,along with foliar amino acid application before harvesting,increased bud density by 22.13%and 26.99%in summer and autumn teas,respectively,and enhanced hundred-bud weight by 40.50%and 54.10%.Harvesting efficiency improved by 9.99%and 15.26%,respectively.Meanwhile,the water extract and total free amino acid content in summer tea leaves significantly increased,and the finished green tea achieved a sensory score of 88.98,characterized by a lasting chestnut aroma and a mellow taste.[Conclusion]The combination of heavy pruning after spring tea and light pruning after autumn tea,together with a fertilization regime integrating organic-inorganic base fertilizer and foliar amino acid feeding,can simultaneously improve the yield,mechanical harvesting efficiency,and quality of summer and autumn teas.
