随着教育数字化的浪潮席卷而来,职业教育数字化作用也日益凸显.职业教育数字化在推动乡村振兴进程中,可以促进乡村教育资源共享,提升乡村人力资源质量,加速乡村数字化农业现代化进程,推动乡村手工艺与优秀文化传承与弘扬.当前存在"政府对农村职业教育数字化政策支持及资金投入亟待加强""乡村地区数字化基础设施建设相对滞后""乡村职业教育师资队伍的数字化素养有待提高,难以满足数字化教学需求""乡村居民对数字化职业教育的接受度低,数字化水平普遍不高"等问题.在教育数字化背景下,为了更好地发挥职业教育对乡村振兴的推动作用,针对现实困境,应强化政策支持,加大资金投入,完善基础设施建设,加强师资培训,开设专门的数字化技能培训,强化职业院校在服务乡村振兴中的作用.

With the rapid advancement of educational digitalization,its role in vocational education has become increasingly prominent.In the context of rural revitalization,the digital transformation of vocational education can facilitate the sharing of educational resources,enhance the quality of rural hu-man resources,accelerate the modernization of digital agriculture,and promote the inheritance and revitalization of traditional crafts and fine cultural herit-age.However,several dilemmas remain:insufficient policy support and financial investment in the digitalization of rural vocational education from govern-ment authorities,relatively underdeveloped digital infrastructure in rural areas,limited digital literacy among vocational education teachers that constrains the implementation of digital teaching,and generally low levels of acceptance and digital competence among rural residents.Against the backdrop of edu-cational digitalization,to better leverage vocational education in advancing rural revitalization,it is essential to strengthen policy support and increase fi-nancial investment,improve infrastructure construction,enhance teacher training,offer targeted digital skills training,and reinforce the role of vocational colleges in serving rural revitalization.
