A Study on the Credit Bank Platform Based on the IDPI Four-Layer Core Architecture

尽管我国学分银行建设已在制度设计、服务模式、应用场景、技术支撑等维度实现了系统性突破,但认证标准不统一、转换规则复杂、跨机构协同困难、运行效率低下等问题依然是制约学分银行数字化转型升级的瓶颈.学分银行数字化转型是一场迈向"数字运营"、构建"互联生态"、实现"数据智能"并最终"赋能用户"的系统性重塑,需要从政策、技术、需求、生态四个方面提供核心驱动力,攻克标准滞后、数据治理、协同困难、安全信任、可持续运营五个关键挑战,最终构建由"云网基础设施层(IaaS)、数据资源中心层(DaaS)、平台能力支撑层(PaaS)、智慧应用服务层(SaaS)"组成的四层核心架构的学分银行平台,通过以区块链和人工智能为代表的关键技术重塑信任机制、提升运营效率、挖掘数据价值,最终赋能每一位学习者.

Although the development of credit banks in China has achieved systematic progress in institutional design,service models,application scenarios,and technical support,several difficulties still constrain their digital transformation and upgrading.These include inconsistent certification standards,complex credit transfer rules,limited cross-institutional collaboration,and low operational efficiency.The digital transformation of credit banks entails a comprehensive shift toward digital operations,the construction of an interconnected ecosystem,the realization of data intelligence,and ultimately the empowerment of users.This transformation requires core driving forces from four aspects:policy,technology,demand,and ecosystem,while address-ing five key challenges:lagging standards,data governance,collaboration barriers,security and trust,and sustainable operation.In response,it is essen-tial to build a four-layer core architecture for the credit bank platform,consisting of a cloud and network infrastructure layer(IaaS),a data resource cen-ter layer(DaaS),a platform capability support layer(PaaS),and an intelligent application service layer(SaaS).Leveraging key technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence,this architecture aims to reconstruct trust mechanisms,enhance operational efficiency,unlock the value of data,and ultimately empower every learner.
