学习型大国不仅是学习型社会理论与实践的深化,而且是全面实现教育强国、推进中国式现代化的重要目标和重要举措."学习型"从最初一种理想的社会发展形态转变为具有制度化、具象化的社会实践,在我国出现了"学习型政党""学习大国""学习型大国"等不同的实践形态.推进学习型大国蕴含着政治整合、经济驱动、人的发展、全球治理四重价值意蕴,其显现特征体现在主体协同性、制度保障性、时空全域性、效能转化性四个维度.在建设学习型大国征程上,要发挥马克思学习型政党的主体地位,构建终身学习的新生态和新形态,不断完善终身教育体系和终身学习制度,推进终身教育标准体系的国际化.

A learning-oriented country represents not only a deepening of the theory and practice of a learning-oriented society,but also a key objec-tive and approach for comprehensively building a leading country in education and advancing the Chinese path to modernization.The concept of"learning-oriented",which is initially an ideal form of social development,has evolved into an institutionalized and concrete form of social practice.In China,va-rious practical forms have emerged,such as a learning-oriented political party,a learning country,and a learning-oriented country.Advancing a learning-oriented country embodies fourfold value implications:political integration,economic driving force,human development,and global governance.Its manifest characteristics are reflected in four dimensions:collaborative engagement among multiple actors,institutional support,comprehensive coverage across time and space,and effective transformation of learning outcomes.In moving forward,it is essential to reinforce the leading role of a Marxist learn-ing-oriented political party,foster new ecosystems and forms for lifelong learning,continuously improve the lifelong education system and lifelong learning institutions,and promote the internationalization of standards for lifelong education.
