全球教育数字化转型的机遇、挑战与中国选择OACHSSCD

随着科学技术飞速发展,教育领域正经历一场由生成式人工智能、大数据、大模型等新兴数字技术引领的数字化转型.这给全球教育的改革与发展带来了前所未有的机遇:公众对数字化教育的需求持续增强,教育数字化赋能跨国教育合作与市场开发,学历、学位、资格认证更加灵活、多样等.教育数字化转型也面临着全球数字鸿沟依然存在、教育数据治理的能力仍有待提高、数字伦理问题频发、教育系统以及部门间的联动机制仍不完善、各国师生的数字素养存在差距等问题.基于国际经验,中国的教育数字化转型应缩小数字鸿沟,促进教育优质均衡发展;强化数据安全保障体系建设,提高教育数据治理能力;加强数字伦理教育,培育智能文明;大力推进协同创新,共建智慧教育新生态;实施数字素养提升工程,培育未来人才.

With the rapid advancement of science and technology,the field of education is undergoing a digital transformation,driven by emerging digital technologies such as generative artificial intelligence,big data,and large-scale models.This transformation has brought unprecedented opportuni-ties for the reform and development of global education,including the continuous growth in the public's demand for digital education,the enhancement of international educational cooperation and market development empowered by digitalization,and the increased flexibility and diversity of academic creden-tials,degrees,qualifications,and certifications.However,the digital transformation of education also faces challenges,such as the persistent global digit-al divide,the need to improve capabilities in educational data governance,increasing concerns over digital ethics,inadequate coordination mechanisms a-mong educational systems and departments,and gaps in the digital literacy of teachers and students across countries.Drawing on international experience,China's digital transformation of education should bridge the digital divide to promote high-quality and balanced development of education;enhance data security systems to improve the governance capabilities of educational data;reinforce digital ethics education to foster a responsible digital culture;promote collaborative innovation to create a new ecosystem of smart education;and implement digital literacy enhancement projects to cultivate future-ready tal-ents.
