基于游客满意度的森林公园游憩服务质量评价OA
The impact of recreational services in forest parks on tourist satisfaction:a case study of Hangzhou
森林公园作为城市自然空间的重要组成部分,对提升居民生活质量具有重要作用.以森林公园游憩服务为研究对象,对杭州市8所国家级森林公园共计238名游客进行问卷调查,探讨游憩服务质量对游客满意度的影响,并分析不同游览频次游客的关注差异.结果表明:游憩服务质量显著影响游客满意度,其中安全和景观评价的影响最大;频繁访问者更关注设施与安全,偶尔访问者偏好景观,首次访问者则重视宣传、设施和景观.研究结果为森林公园管理者实施精细化及目标导向的服务提供了参考.
As a vital component of urban natural spaces,forest parks play a significant role in enhancing the life quality of residents.Focusing on recreational services,this study conducted a questionnaire survey of 238 visitors across eight na-tional forest parks in Hangzhou to examine the impact of service quality on visitor satisfaction and to identify differences in preferences among visitors with varying visit frequencies.The results indicated that recreational service quality signifi-cantly influenced visitor satisfaction,with safety and landscape attributes having the most substantial impact.Specifical-ly,frequent visitors prioritized facilities and safety;occasional visitors prefered landscape features;while first-time visi-tors valued promotion,facilities,and landscapes.These findings provide a reference for forest park managers to imple-ment refined and goal-oriented service optimization strategies.
