长三角地区黑稻产量、品质与营养成分的品种间差异OA
Variety variation in yield,quality,and nutritional components of black rice in the Yangtze River delta
为筛选适合长三角地区种植的高产、优质且营养丰富的黑稻品种,本研究收集了32个黑稻品种(系),研究其产量、品质与营养成分的差异.结果表明:不同黑稻品种(系)产量、品质、花青素和矿质元素含量差异显著.68.75%的黑稻品种(系)糙米产量集中在5~7 t·hm-2范围,所有品种糙米率均达3级(≥77.0%)以上,其中1级(≥81.0%)占比50%.粒型以长宽比为2.0~2.8的中间型品种为主,直链淀粉含量为2.47%~27.27%,59.38%的品种集中在0~6%之间.花青素中矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷和芍药素-3-O-葡萄糖苷含量分别为245.86~4 477.09、21.44~367.30 μg·g-1,花青素达三级以上品种数占90.63%,其中达一级的品种数仅占34.38%.不同黑稻品种(系)的Ca、Mg和Zn元素含量分别为173.64~381.96、1 138.55~2 452.37和12.59~20.98μg·g-1.相关分析表明,黑稻中矢车菊素-3-O-葡萄糖苷和芍药素-3-O-葡萄糖苷与糙米的长宽比呈正相关;Ca、Mg元素含量与糙米粒厚、表面积或体积呈负相关.其中,长宽比在2.0以上的黑稻品种花青素含量较高,粒厚低、体积小的黑稻品种其Ca、Mg元素含量较高.筛选出黑米1号-4、泗黑5和539 17-146-5-1-1等高产、优质、高花青素黑稻品种(系)可用于黑稻生产.
To screen high-yield,good-quality and nutrient-rich black rice varieties suitable for cultivation in the Yan-gtze River Delta region,32 black rice varieties(lines)were collected and the differences in their yield,quality and nutrient components were studied.The results showed that black rice varieties(lines)varied significantly in yield,quality,antho-cyanin content,and mineral element content.Specifically,68.75% of the varieties(lines)had yields ranging from 5 to 7 t·hm-2.All varieties demonstrated brown rice rate that complied with at least the Grade 3 standard(≥77.0%)for quality evaluation,with 50%reaching the Grade 1 standard(≥81.0%).The grain shape of the varieties was mainly of the intermediate type varieties with a length-width ratio of 2.0-2.8.The amylose content varied from 2.47% to 27.27%,and 59.38% of the varieties were concentrated within the range of 0-6%.With respect to anthocyanins,the contents of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside ranged from 245.86 to 4 477.09 and 21.44 to 367.30 μg·g-1,respectively.The proportion of varieties with anthocyanin content reaching Grade three or above was 90.63%.And among them,the number of varieties with anthocyanin content reaching Grade one only accounted for 34.38%.The content of Ca,Mg and Zn in different black rice varieties(lines)varied from 173.64 to 381.96,1138.55 to 2452.37 and 12.59 to 20.98 μg·g-1,respectively.Correlation analysis revealed that the content of cyanidin-3-O-glucoside and peonidin-3-O-glucoside in black rice were positively correlated with the length-width ratio of brown rice.In contrast,the content of Ca and Mg were negatively correlated with grain thickness,surface area and volume of brown rice.Black rice varieties with a length-width ratio above 2.0 exhibited higher anthocyanin content,while those with lower grain thickness and smaller grain volume showed higher contents of Ca and Mg.In general,a set of elite germplasm resources with high yield,quality and anthocyanin content including Heimi 1-4,Sihei 5,539 17-146-5-1-1,et al.were screened out,which could be promo-ted for commercial production of black rice.
