职业本科教育作为职业教育体系的最高层次,以培养高层次技术技能人才为主要培养目标,为教育强国建设提供重要的技术技能人才保障.推动职业本科教育的高质量发展与实现教育强国建设之间存在密切联系,要想实现二者同向同行,就必须深刻把握二者之间的联系.在探明职业本科教育高质量发展价值意蕴的基础上,深刻分析其战略任务,提出应"立足'大思政课'引领,深化职业本科思政融合实践""聚焦'新八级工'等级制度,构建职业本科育人体系""依托'两翼'发力,构建市域-行业双驱产教融合新格局"等具体推进策略,从而为职业本科教育高质量发展提供理论参考指导.

Vocational undergraduate education,as the highest level within the vocational education system,primarily aims to cultivate high-level technical and skilled talents,providing essential support for building a leading country in education.There is a close connection between promoting the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education and achieving the goal of building a leading country in education.Aligning these two ob-jectives requires a thorough understanding of their interrelationship.Based on exploring the value implications of the high-quality development of vocation-al undergraduate education,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the strategic tasks and proposes key strategies.Specifically,these strategies in-clude strengthening guidance through the"Great Ideological and Political Education"framework to deepen the integration of vocational undergraduate edu-cation with ideological and political practice,focusing on the"New Eight-Level Worker"classification system to build a vocational undergraduate talent cultivation system,and relying on the"dual-wing"approach to establish a new model of industry-education integration driven jointly by regional and sec-toral forces.These measures aim to provide theoretical guidance for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education.
