生成式人工智能技术的迅猛发展,引发了开放教育的深刻变革.通过分析开放大学人机协同的现状,揭示了其在个性化支持、师生互动、情感链接方面的现实困境.在此基础上,深入剖析了生成式人工智能赋能人机协同应用场景的作用机制与实施路径,并进一步分析了其保障措施,旨在破解开放教育中长期存在的教学协同弱化问题,最终构建一个以学习者为中心、更具支持性和包容性的开放教育生态.
The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence has triggered a profound transformation in open education.This study analyzes the current situation of human-machine collaboration in open universities,revealing its realistic dilemmas in personalized support,teacher-student inter-action,and emotional connection.On this basis,it explores the underlying mechanisms and implementation paths through which generative artificial intel-ligence can empower application scenarios for human-machine collaboration.Furthermore,the study discusses corresponding support measures to address the longstanding issue of weakened teaching collaboration in open education.Ultimately,it aims to foster a learner-centered,more supportive,and inclu-sive open education ecosystem.
