The deep integration of talent attraction and cultivation with industrial development serves as the core support for high-quality regional economic growth.Currently,the alignment efficiency between talent recruitment and cultivation and industrial demands in Hubei remains suboptimal,primarily due to policy implementation deviations and institutional shortcomings,mis-matched supply-demand dynamics between industries and talent,insufficient regional collaborative talent development,and an in-complete incentive and safeguard system.To achieve precise alignment between talent and industrial chains,mechanisms should be innovated across four dimensions:regional coordination,flexible talent recruitment,service supply,and incentive distribution,thereby injecting sustained momentum into Hubei's construction as a strategic pivot through profound industrial-talent integration.
