目的:构建并验证一套适用于国产单孔机器人5G远程手术的多学科协同流程体系,通过情景模拟与模拟实操训练提升流程标准化水平与团队协同效率.方法:采用"标准化情景模拟训练下多轮模拟实操演练+模拟手术演练"的双阶段研究设计,围绕国产单孔机器人手术系统,在远程操控端与本地执行端分别组建远程操作团队与本地执行团队,按照真实远程手术场景进行职责分工与流程推演.参训人员随机分为实验组(接受标准化情景模拟训练)与对照组(接受常规术前简要交接).通过3轮模拟演练,比较两组在术前准备、术中配合与应急响应等方面的客观指标与主观评分表现.结果:实验组在应急响应时间方面明显优于对照组,在远程指令理解与协同配合流畅度等维度的主观评分更高(P<0.05).结论:标准化情景模拟训练可有效提升5G远程单孔机器人辅助手术中的团队协作效率与流程执行稳定性.本研究提出的"远程操控-本地执行"双团队协同模式及流程训练体系,为远程微创手术在基层与特殊区域的推广提供了重要实践范式与流程支撑.

Objective:To construct and validate a multidisciplinary collaborative process system tailored for domestic single-port robotic systems in 5Gremote surgery,and to enhance process standardization and team coordination efficiency through scenario-based simulation training.Methods:A two-stage research of"standardized scenario-based simulation training combined with multiple rounds of simulated operational drills+simulated surgical procedures"was designed.Teams were established separately at the remote control end and the local execution end,aligned with real-world remote surgical scenarios and assignment of responsibilities.Participants were randomly assigned to the experimental group(receiving standardized scenario-based simulation training)and the control group(receiving conventional preoperative handover).Three rounds of simulated drills were conducted to compare objective metrics and subjective scores across preoperative preparation,intraoperative coordination,and emergency response between the two groups.Results:The experimental group was superior to the control group in emergency response time.Additionally,higher subjective scores on remote instruction comprehension and fluidity of collaborative performance were observed in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized scenario-based simulation training can significantly improve team collaboration efficiency and process stability in 5Gremote single-port robot-assisted surgery.The proposed"remote control-local execution"dual-team collaborative model and training framework provide a critical practical paradigm and procedural foundation for the future deployment of remote minimally invasive surgery in grassroots and remote regions.
