机器人辅助经脐单孔腹腔镜技术在复杂性子宫切除术中的应用效果OA

Objective:To investigate the application value of robot-assisted transumbilical single-port laparoscopic technique in complex hysterectomy and provide scientific evidence for optimizing clinical surgical approaches.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 370 patients who underwent hysterectomy at our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024.Patients were divided into the robotic single-port group(n=70),robotic multi-port group(n=100),laparoscopic group(n=100)and open surgery group(n=100).Surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative length of hospital stay,12-hour postoperative VAS score,rates of conversion to open surgery,and postoperative complication rates were compared among the four groups.Results:The robotic single-port group showed significant advantages in cosmetic outcomes and postoperative pain control,with superior intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay compared to the laparoscopic group and open surgery group(P＜0.05),but not significantly different from the robotic multi-port group(P＞0.05).Surgical time in the robotic single-port group was initially longer but decreased with accumulated experience.Postoperative complication rates were significantly lower in the robotic single-port group than those in the open surgery group and laparoscopic group(P＜0.05),with no difference compared to the robotic multi-port group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Robot-assisted transumbilical single-port laparoscopic surgery has advantages of smaller incisions,better cosmetic outcomes,and faster postoperative recovery in the treatment of complex hysterectomies,which provides a newoption for clinical decision-making.
