达芬奇SP手术系统在中国妇科手术中的真实世界研究(附手术视频)OA

Objective:To summarize the first clinical experience of the Da Vinci SP surgical system in gynecological surgery in China.Methods:A prospective real-world study was conducted.15 patients who underwent gynecological benign and malignant tumor surgeries using the Da Vinci SP surgical system by the same surgical team between August 2023 and October 2024 at the Department of Gynecology,Ruijin Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine were enrolled and their surgical methods and perioperative outcomes were analyzed.Results:Surgical procedures included 3 cases of total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy,2 cases of total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingectomy,2 cases of total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and sentinel lymph node dissection,2 cases of oophorectomy with salpingectomy,2 cases of ovarian cystectomy,and 2 cases of myomectomy.Single-port transumbilical procedure was performed on 14 cases,with 1 case requiring an additional auxiliary port and 1 case utilizing a transvaginal single-port approach.All surgeries were completed as planned without intraoperative conversion to open or conventional laparoscopic approach.The total operative time was 145.00(111.00,177.00)minutes,with the primary surgeon's operative time of 94.00(67.50,115.50)minutes.Estimated blood loss was 35.00(17.50,55.00)mL,and no serious postoperative complications occurred.Conclusion:Based on preliminary experience,the Da Vinci SP surgical system has good feasibility and safety in single-port gynecological surgery.It has the advantages of aesthetically pleasing incision,controllable operative time,and ease of operation,and may represent a superior option for gynecological procedures.
