幸福河南站防渗墙与灌注桩施工时序优化OA

为揭示土体强度不足与渗透稳定性差的幸福河南站泵室混凝土防渗墙与灌注桩的应力分布特征及位移演化规律,研究通过优化防渗墙与灌注桩的协同施工时序,消解防渗墙与灌注桩交叉作业的相互扰动效应,并采用 Midas GTS岩土专用有限元分析软件建立三维数值模型,系统模拟不同施工时序下混凝土防渗墙与灌注桩的应力分布特征及位移演化规律.采用先墙后桩方案,防渗墙最大拉应力 0.26 MPa(低于设计值 1.27 MPa),墙顶位移 15 mm(小于规范限值 20 mm),结构稳定性满足要求;采用先桩后墙方案,灌注桩最大拉应力 2.14 MPa(超设计值 49.7%),桩体位移32 mm(接近临界值),安全裕度不足.研究表明采用"先施工防渗墙后施工灌注桩"的时序方案可有效控制地基应力与变形,对于工程安全更有利,研究成果可为类似地基处理工程提供参考.

To investigate the stress distribution characteristics and displacement evolution of the concrete cutoff walls and bored piles in the pump room of Xingfu River South Station,where the soil exhibits insufficient strength and poor seepage stability.This study optimized the coordinated construction sequence of the walls and piles to mitigate the mutual disturbance effects caused by overlapping operations.A three-dimensional numerical model was established using the geotechnical finite element software Midas GTS,enabling systematic simulation of the stress distribution and displacement evolution of the concrete cutoff walls and bored piles under different construction sequences.Under the"wall-first,pile-later"scheme,the maximum tensile stress in the cutoff wall was 0.26 MPa(well below the design value of 1.27MPa),and the displacement at the wall top was 15 mm(less than the code limit of 20 mm),indicating that the structural stability meets the requirements.In contrast,under the"pile-first,wall-later"scheme,the maximum tensile stress in the bored reached 2.14 MPa(49.7%above the design value),and the pile displacement was 32 mm(approaching the critical limit),indicating insufficient safety margin.The study indicated that adopting the"cutoff wall first,bored pile later"construction sequence could effectively control foundation stress and deformation,which was more favorable for project safety.The findings can serve as a reference for similar foundation treatment projects.
