土石坝坝基帷幕灌浆抬动控制技术研究OA

Research on heave control during foundation curtain grouting for earth-rockfill dams

为了解决土石坝在盖重厚度不足、岩体稳定性差的区域进行灌浆施工时容易出现岩体抬动的难题,研究从阻塞器选型优化与抬动控制技术两方面进行系统性探究.结果表明:机械式阻塞器和管口直径差较大的气囊式阻塞器均能够降低灌浆压力损失;通过"固步升压"的控制策略,能够有效地抑制岩体抬动,保障薄盖重条件下土石坝坝基帷幕灌浆施工安全与质量.研究成果对类似地质条件下的土石坝坝基帷幕灌浆施工具有参考价值.

To address the challenge that rock mass uplift is prone to occur during grouting construction for earth-rockfill dams in areas with insufficient overburden thickness and poor rock mass stability,this paper carried out a systematic investigation from two aspects:optimization of packer selection and uplift control technology.The results indicated that both mechanical packers and inflatable packers with a relatively large diameter difference from the borehole opening could reduce grouting pressure loss.Moreover,the"hold-and-step pressurization"control strategy could effectively suppress rock mass uplift,thereby ensuring the safety and quality of foundation curtain grouting for earth-rockfill dams under thin overburden conditions.The paper provide reference value for curtain grouting construction in earth-rockfill dam foundation under similar geological conditions.
