低水泥胶凝材料的可打印性研究OA
Printability of cementitious material with low cement content
低水泥胶凝材料引入激发剂后初凝较快,有利于3D打印,但其浆体黏度较低,导致挤出性差.采用甲基羟乙基纤维素醚作为增黏剂以改善其可挤出性,研究增黏剂与钾水玻璃激发剂对低水泥胶凝材料流动性、流变性、可建造性及层间结合力的影响.结果表明:分别增加钾水玻璃或增黏剂掺量均使浆体流动性下降,屈服应力与塑性黏度增大;当增黏剂掺量增至0.11%时,材料可建造性显著降低,需同步增加激发剂掺量以维持打印性能.3D打印试件的层间强度远低于现浇试件,增大增黏剂掺量虽有改善但效果有限.对本体系而言,每批次拌和浆体的打印时间宜控制在10 min左右,且需严格控制增黏剂掺量.
Cementitious material with low cement content exhibits short initial setting time due to the pres-ence of activators,which facilitates 3D printing,but low viscosity leads to a poor extrudability.Methyl hy-droxyethyl cellulose ether as a tackifier was used to improve the viscosity of paste in this paper.The effects of tackifier and activator(potassium silicate solution)on the fluidity,rheology,buildability and interlayer bonding strength of cementitious material with low cement content were studied.Results indicate that the flowability of mortar decreases,and yield stress and plastic viscosity increases with increasing tackifier or activator amount.However,when the amount of tackifier increases to 0.11%,the buildability significantly decreases,so that the amount of activator has to be increased.3D printing sample has lower compressive strength in the Interlayer direction than the cast paste.Increasing the amount of tackifier provides some im-provement,but the effect is limited.For this study,a good printability can be obtained when printing time of every mixed paste keeps about 10 min,but the tackifier amount should be carefully controlled.
