爆破拆除中框剪结构失稳运动分析OA
Study on instability motion of frame shear structures in demolition blasting
针对框剪结构爆破拆除中动态力学规律不明、安全及周边稳定控制难等问题,以汝州联通大楼折叠爆破工程为例,采用数值模拟技术构建精细化力学模型,系统分析框剪结构关键构件的动力响应与破坏机理.研究表明:数值仿真结果与实际倒塌过程在倒塌形态、时序上高度一致,验证了模型及参数的可靠性;结构渐进损伤过程中,立柱轴力呈阶段性重分布特征,随损伤累积不断放大,下部切口形成时轴力突增至962 kN,较上部峰值提升14.5%;立柱剪力与弯矩呈显著空间不对称和高度梯度效应,下部立柱弯矩峰值约为高区立柱的10倍,反映结构竖向受力分布的不均衡特征.研究结果可为同类框剪结构爆破拆除的数值仿真建模、安全性评估及精细化设计提供参考.
To address the issues of unclear dynamic mechanical laws and difficulties in ensuring safety and controlling peripheral stability during the blasting demolition of frame-shear wall structures,this study takes the folding blasting demolition project of the Ruzhou Unicom Building as an example and employs numeri-cal simulation to construct a refined mechanical model,systematically analyzing the dynamic responses and failure mechanisms of key components in the frame-shear wall structure.The results show that the numerical simulation results are highly consistent with the actual collapse process in terms of collapse morphology and timing,verifying the reliability of the model and parameters.During the progressive damage process of the structure,the axial force in the columns exhibits a phased redistribution pattern,which intensifies with cu-mulative damage.When the lower cut is formed,the axial force increases sharply to 962 kN,approximately 14.5%higher than the peak value in the upper section.The shear force and bending moment of the columns exhibit significant spatial asymmetry and height gradient effects.The peak bending moment of the lower col-umns is about ten times that of the upper columns,reflecting the uneven vertical force distribution in the structure.The findings provide a reference for numerical simulation modeling,safety assessment and refined design of similar frame-shear wall structures in blasting demolition.
