基于改性煤矸石粗骨料的高性能混凝土研究OA
High-performance concrete using modified coal gangue as coarse aggregate
针对原状煤矸石基体强度低等缺陷,采用裹浆改性处理展开研究.通过考察不同裹浆参数对试件性能的影响,确定最优改性方案,制备改性煤矸石高性能混凝土(modified coal gangue high performance concrete,MCHPC),并研究其耐久性.分析改性煤矸石粗骨料取代率对MCHPC抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响,以抗压强度、耐蚀系数和动弹性模量变化率评价其耐久性,结果表明:50%取代率可一定程度上增强MCHPC 的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力;取代率提高至100%,MCHPC抗压强度和动弹性模量相较于50%的取代率组分别下降11.5%和4.2%.
In view of the defects of low matrix strength of undisturbed coal gangue,the slurry modification test of coal gangue was studied.The optimal modification scheme was determined by testing the influence of different slurry coating parameters on the performance of the test block,then the modified coal gangue high-performance concrete(MCHPC)was prepared and its durability was studied.The influence of the re-placement rate of modified coal gangue coarse aggregate on the sulfate resistance of MCHPC was analyzed.The durability of MCHPC was evaluated by the change rate of compressive strength,corrosion resistance co-efficient and dynamic elastic modulus.It was concluded that 50%replacement rate partially enhanced the sulfate resistance of MCHPC.When the replacement rate increased to 100%,the compressive strength and dynamic elastic modulus of MCHPC decreased by 11.5%and 4.2%compared with the 50%group.
