基于区域综合水价改革的博兴县水资源配置OA

Boxing County of Binzhou,Shandong Province,is one of the water-receiving areas of the eastern route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Following the completion of the follow-up supporting projects,Boxing County will face a multi-source water supply pattern consisted of surface water,groundwater,Yellow River water,and Yangtze River water.Price disparities have led water-receiving areas to regard Yangtze River water from the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as a backup source,making it difficult for Yangtze River water to receive treatment equal to that of Yellow River water and local water resources.Based on the regional comprehensive water price reform,this paper investigates and forecasts water demand only for non-agricultural water users of Dayuzhang Qushou Reservoir and Boxing Reservoir.Through water demand forecasting and available water supply analysis,a water resources allocation scheme oriented toward regional comprehensive water price reform is proposed.The results can provide a reference for regional comprehensive water price reform in water-receiving areas of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
