采用正硅酸乙酯、六甲基二硅氧烷、乙烯基二甲基乙氧基硅烷、冰乙酸等原料通过水解缩合成功制备不同M/Q值的Vi-MQ硅树脂,利用FT-IR、1H-NMR及TGA等对合成的Vi-MQ硅树脂的结构及热性能进行表征,表明成功合成了 Vi-MQ硅树脂.将合成的Vi-MQ硅树脂与硅油混合制备无溶剂有机硅压敏胶,探究Vi-MQ硅树脂M/Q值及用量、硅油粘度及硅氢比等因素对有机硅压敏胶性能的影响.结果表明:当M/Q值为0.8、树脂用量为50%、使用200 mPa s乙烯基硅油、500 mPa s羟基硅油且硅氢比为1.5时,压敏胶的综合性能最优,其180°剥离力可达19.32 g/25 mm,持粘时间达7.42 h.

Vi-MQ silicone resins with different M/Q ratios were successfully prepared through hydrolysis and condensation using raw materials including tetraethyl orthosilicate,hexamethyldisiloxane,vinyldimethylethoxysilane,glacial acetic acid,etc.The structure and thermal properties of the synthesized Vi-MQ silicone resins were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR,and TGA,confirming the successful synthesis of the target resins.Solvent-free silicone pressure-sensitive adhesives(PSAs)were prepared by blending the synthesized Vi-MQ silicone resins with silicone oils.The effects of factors such as the M/Q ratio of the Vi-MQ resin,resin content,viscosity of the silicone oil,and Si-H ratio on the properties of the silicone PSAs were systematically investigated.The results indicated that the overall performance of the PSA was optimized when the M/Q ratio was 0.8,the resin content was 50%,a vinyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 200 mPa·s and a hydroxyl silicone oil with a viscosity of 500 mPa s were used,and the Si-H ratio was 1.5.Under these conditions,a 180 °peel strength of 19.32 g/25 mm and a holding time of 7.42 h were achieved.
