科教融汇背景下职业本科高能级创新平台建设的现实困境与优化策略OA
The Practical Dilemmas and Optimization Strategies of Constructing High-Level Innovation Platforms for Vocational Undergraduate Education in the Context of the Integration of Science and Education
在"推进职普融通、产教融合、科教融汇"战略背景下,高能级创新平台作为职业本科学校响应科教融汇战略、提升社会服务能力的核心载体,对推动职业教育高质量发展具有关键意义.采用问卷调查、实地走访以及第三方数据分析等方法,深入剖析平台建设的现状特征、现实困境与优化路径.研究发现,部分平台通过"科研项目+课程教学"等模式实现科教融汇,但整体仍存在管理机制不健全、产业需求适配性不足、资金资源保障短板、成果转化瓶颈突出、双师型团队建设障碍等问题.提出五大优化策略:一是紧密对接区域主导产业需求,统筹构建"层次分明、特色突出、产教融合、科教融汇"的高能级技术创新平台体系;二是强化共同发展思维,搭建"政校行企"四方协同架构,形成利益共同体;三是深化产教融合与科教融汇,推动科研资源与教学资源互通转化;四是通过中试基地建设、技术转移机构设立以及激励政策完善,打通成果转化链路;五是建立校企人才双向流动机制与多元化评价体系,强化创新人才培养闭环.为职业本科学校高能级创新平台建设提供理论支撑与实践指引,对推动职业教育类型特色发展、服务区域经济高质量发展具有重要现实意义.
In the strategic context of"promoting the integration of vocational and general education,industry-education integration,and science-education integration",high-level innovation platforms serve as the core carriers for vocational undergraduate schools to implement science-education integration and enhance social service capabilities,playing a crucial role in promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.By adopting methods such as questionnaire surveys,on-site visits,and third-party data analysis,this study delves into the current characteristics,practical dilemmas,and optimization paths of platform construction.The research finds that some platforms achieve science-education integration through models such as"scientific research projects+course teaching",but overall,there are still issues such as imperfect management mechanisms,insufficient adaptability to industry needs,shortcomings in financial resource support,prominent bottlenecks in achievement transformation,and obstacles in the construction of dual-teacher teams.Five optimization strategies are proposed:first,closely align with the needs of regional leading industries and coordinate the construction of a high-level technological innovation platform system that is"hierarchically distinct,distinctive in characteristics,integrates industry and education,and integrates science and education";second,strengthen the mindset of common development,establish a"government-school-industry-enterprise"collaborative framework,and form a community of interests;third,deepen industry-education integration and science-education integration,and promote the mutual transformation of scientific research resources and teaching resources;fourth,open up the achievement transformation pathway through the construction of pilot bases,the establishment of technology transfer institutions,and the improvement of incentive policies;fifth,establish a two-way flow mechanism for talents between schools and enterprises and a diversified evaluation system,strengthening the closed-loop of innovative talent cultivation.This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction of high-level innovation platforms in vocational undergraduate schools,and has important practical significance for promoting the characteristic development of vocational education types and serving the high-quality development of regional economies.
