信号冲突与市场认同:应用型高校举办职业本科教育的逻辑困境与突破路径OA
Signal Conflict and Market Recognition:The Logical Dilemma and Breakthrough Path of Application-Oriented Universities Offering Undergradute-Level Vocational Education
运用信号理论,对应用型本科高校举办职业本科专业的市场定位问题进行前瞻性研究.由于培养主体的"身份惯性"、培养内容的"内涵冲突"和市场接收端的"解读困境",应用型本科高校举办的职业本科专业面临着信号模糊和失信风险.为避免"信号失灵",从信号内容、信号成本和外部信号背书三个维度,构建了以"坚守职业性、加大真投入、强化多元认证"为核心的信号重塑路径,以期为我国职业本科教育建构清晰的市场认同、实现高质量发展提供学理支持.
Drawing on Signaling Theory,this paper conducts a forward-looking analysis of the market positioning of undergradute-level vocational education offered by application-oriented universities.Due to the"identity inertia"of the training institutions,the"content conflict"within the educational process,and the"interpretive dilemma"on the part of the market,undergradute-level vocational education offered by application-oriented universities face blurred signaling and credibility risks.To prevent"signal failure",the paper constructs a signal reconstruction pathway from three dimensions—signal content,signal cost,and external signal endorsement.Centered on"maintaining vocational orientation,increasing genuine investment,and strengthening multi-channel accreditation",this framework aims to provide theoretical support for establishing a clear market recognition and achieving high-quality development of China's undergradute-level vocational education.
