Experimental Study on Mechanical Properties of Natural Gas Hydrate-Bearing Sediments Under Mining Disturbance

天然气水合物开采扰动易引发其分解,导致沉积物力学性能劣化,进而诱发地质灾害,相关研究极具工程价值.以海域泥质粉砂型水合物沉积物为研究对象,采用自主研发的低温高压三轴试验装置,开展不同胶结状态、黏土含量及温度条件下的室内试验,探究各因素对分解后沉积物力学特性的影响.结果表明:黏土含量、温度及胶结状态对沉积物力学性能影响显著,低黏土含量、较低温度的未胶结试样最终强度更高,胶结试样抗变形能力更强;黏土含量升高、温度上升均会削弱沉积物承载能力.该研究明确了多因素耦合作用规律,为水合物开采工程的储层稳定性调控及地质灾害防控提供科学依据.

Mining disturbance of natural gas hydrates is prone to induce their decomposition,leading to the deterioration of sediment mechanical properties and subsequent geological hazards,making relevant research of great engineering value.Taking marine argillaceous silt-type natural gas hydrate-bearing sediments as the research object,a self-developed low-temperature and high-pressure triaxial test device was adopted to conduct indoor shear tests under different cementation states,clay contents and temperatures,so as to explore the influence of each factor on the mechanical properties of sediments after decomposition.The results show that clay content,temperature and cementation state significantly affect the mechanical properties of sediments:uncemented samples with low clay content and low temperature have higher final strength,while cemented samples exhibit stronger deformation resistance;the increase of clay content and temperature will weaken the bearing capacity of sediments.This study clarifies the coupling law of multiple factors and provides a scientific basis for reservoir stability regulation and geological hazard prevention in natural gas hydrate exploitation projects.
