复杂高大模板安全风险识别与评价研究OA
Research on Identification and Assessment of Safety Risks in Complex Tall Formwork Systems
复杂且高大的模板工程,因其施工环境错综复杂,荷载状况极为苛刻,技术层面要求颇高,已经成为建筑施工中的高风险部分,极易引发支架坍塌情况以及人员高处坠落等安全事故.为了精准识别并量化风险,提出一种融合层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,简称AHP)与作业条件危险性评价法(Graham-Kinney Method,简称LEC)的风险评估模型,以此达成对风险的精准识别与量化目的.以首钢滦南马城矿业 2#主井井塔工程作为实例,从施工方案、施工实施、现场管理这三方面构建风险指标体系,运用 AHP 确定各个风险因素的权重,结合 LEC 法对风险等级进行量化,最终达成风险的综合评价.研究结果显示,该融合模型能够高效避开单一评价方法存在的主观性缺陷,可以精准辨认支架高度,材料质量,安全教育等关键风险要点,从而为复杂高大模板工程制定针对性安全管控措施提供科学依据,对提高工程安全管理水平具有极为重要的实践意义.
Complex and tall formwork engineering has become a high-risk part of construction due to its intricate construction environment,extremely demanding load conditions,and high technical requirements,which are prone to causing safety accidents such as scaffold collapses and personnel falls from heights.To accurately identify and quantify risks,a risk assessment model that integrates the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the Graham-Kinney Method(LEC)is proposed to achieve precise risk identification and quantification.Taking the 2#main shaft tower project of Shougang Luannan Macheng Mining as an example,a risk index system is constructed from three aspects:construction plan,construction implementation,and on-site management.The AHP is used to determine the weight of each risk factor,and the LEC method is combined to quantify the risk level,ultimately achieving a comprehensive evaluation of risks.The research results show that this integrated model can effectively avoid the subjective defects of single evaluation methods,accurately identify key risk points such as scaffold height,material quality,and safety education,thus providing a scientific basis for formulating targeted safety control measures for complex and tall formwork engineering.This has extremely important practical significance for improving the level of engineering safety management.
