针对变电工程零米层以下建筑构件密集、施工回填土方量大,容易导致重复开挖、施工碰撞、工期超支等问题,开展基于 BIM 技术的变电工程零米层以下标准化建设研究,构建基于"全专业建模—碰撞检测—优化施工"框架的零米层以下标准化建设体系.首先,考虑土建、机电、水工等多专业协同作业问题,运用 Revit 可视化软件建立多专业交叉作业 BIM 模型;然后,对桩顶标高、管道规格等零米层以下建筑关键参数进行标准化设置,开展零米层以下建筑构件碰撞检测;最后,依据碰撞检测结果和现场施工条件优化 BIM 模型,并输出技术文件指导现场施工.将所研究的方法在杭州临平 500 kV 变电工程项目进行了应用,结果表明该方法可以有效避免变电工程零米层以下施工的重复开挖和构件碰撞问题,有效保证施工效率和施工安全.

To address the issues of dense building components,large backfill earthwork volume,and high risks of repeated excavation,construction collisions,and project delays in the below-zero-meter section of substation projects,this study has developed a BIM-based standardized construction method,establishing a framework of"all-specialty modeling-collision detection-construction optimization".Firstly,considering the collaborative needs of civil engineering,electrical and mechanical engineering,hydraulic engineering,etc.,the Revit software was used to build a cross-professional BIM model.Secondly,key parameters such as pile top elevation and pipeline specifications were standardized,followed by collision detection of below-zero-meter components.Finally,the model was optimized based on detection results and on-site conditions,with technical documents output to guide construction.The research method was applied in the Hangzhou Linping 500 kV substation project,and the results showed that the method could effectively avoid repeated excavation and component collision issues in the construction of substation projects below ground level,effectively ensuring construction efficiency and safety.
