提出一种融合多特征指数的承重墙垂直检测方案,构建基于多指数分析的检测系统.结合建筑三维设计图纸与承重墙布设的多维度传感器组实时采集数据;通过构建多尺度平衡指数计算模型完成承重墙初始平衡状态评估;搭建承重墙结构变形预测模型;最后动态调整采样频率及多源数据融合权重.试验结果显示,该系统检测的垂直度偏差分别为3.2‰、5.8‰、7.5‰,相对误差控制在 8.6%~8.8%的合理区间内;系统整体检测误差≤0.35%,较传统单指数检测方法精度提升 42%以上,可有效识别细微垂直偏差及潜在安全隐患.为房屋建筑承重墙安全检测提供了新的技术路径.

This study proposes a vertical detection scheme for load-bearing walls that integrates multiple feature indices,constructing a detection system based on multi-index analysis.It combines 3D architectural design drawings with a multi-dimensional sensor array deployed on the load-bearing walls to collect data in real-time.The initial balance state of the load-bearing walls is assessed by constructing a multi-scale balance index calculation model.A structural deformation prediction model for load-bearing walls is established.Finally,the sampling frequency and multi-source data fusion weights are dynamically adjusted.Experimental results show that the vertical deviation detected by the system is 3.2‰,5.8‰,and 7.5‰,respectively,with the relative error controlled within a reasonable range of 8.6%to 8.8%.The overall detection error of the system is≤0.35%,which is more than 42%higher than that of traditional single-index detection methods.It can effectively identify subtle vertical deviations and potential safety hazards.This provides a new technical path for the safety inspection of load-bearing walls in building construction.
