本文以金谷煤业10904工作面为研究对象,探讨了综掘工作面过冲刷带技术的应用.冲刷带是地质构造中常见的现象之一,对煤炭生产和矿井稳定性产生重大影响.通过方案制定和措施的综合应用,采取了错向掘进、夹矸支护、支护方式选择,以及注水泥浆加固巷道顶板等措施,成功应对了冲刷带带来的巷道支护困难和顶板松散等问题.研究结果表明,综掘工作面过冲刷带技术在金谷煤业的应用有效提高了巷道的稳定性和安全性,为煤矿的安全生产和高效开采提供了有力支撑.
No.10904 Face of Jingu Coal Industry was taken as the research object,and the application of the technology of crossing the scour zone in the fully mechanized excavation face was discussed.Scouring zone was one of the common problems in geological structure,which had a significant impact on coal production and mine stability.Through the comprehensive application of scheme formulation and measures,measures such as staggered excavation,gangue support,selection and strengthening of support methods,and reinforcement of roadway roof with water injection slurry were adopted,which successfully coped with the problems of roadway support difficulty and loose roof caused by scouring zone.The research results showed that the application of the technology of crossing the scour zone in the fully mechanized excavation face in Jingu Coal Industry had effectively improved the stability and safety of the roadway,and provided strong support for the safe production and efficient mining of the coal mine.
