东庞矿复杂地质条件下防水闸门硐室设计与施工OA

Design and construction of waterproof gate chamber under complex geological conditions in Dongpang Mine

作为矿井水害预防的常用技术手段,防水闸门可以在突水情况下实现水淹区域的隔离,最大限度的减小损失.冀中股份东庞矿二煤扩延区为实现2号煤和6号煤的分区隔离,拟设置防水闸墙.结合6号煤的地质生产条件,确定防水压力为1.8 MPa,选用能承受较大水压的倒截锥形结构,计算得到了防水闸墙的长度和嵌入深度等参数.提出了防水闸墙的施工流程,包括硐室施工、壁后注浆和耐压试验等.注水耐压试验表明,24h后闸墙的总漏水量为3.1m3/h,符合相关规定.

As a common technical means for mine water disaster prevention,the waterproof gate can realize the isolation of the flooded area in the case of water inrush and minimize the loss.In order to realize the partition isolation of No.2 coal and No.6 coal in the second coal extension area of Dongpang Mine,it was proposed to set up waterproof gate wall.Combined with the geological production conditions of No.6 coal,the waterproof pressure was determined to be 1.8 MPa,and the inverted conical structure that could withstand large water pressure was selected.The parameters such as the length and embedding depth of the waterproof gate wall were calculated.The construction process of waterproof gate wall was put forward,including chamber construction,post-wall grouting and pressure test.The water injection pressure test showed that the total water leakage of the gate wall after 24 h was 3.1 m3/h,which met the relevant regulations.
